I created these paintings in response to statements that had been made to me be about my character. Although these statements were intended to judge and ultimately hurt, I’m choosing to turn them around into positive aspects.

Multiple layers of sifted enamel and supplements are each kiln fired onto four pieces of copper sheet. The surface is etched and hand sanded to a smooth matte finish. The pieces are mounted together on a 6x6 wood panel (off white painted finish) with a sawtooth hanger.
